Personal Statement

Hello coach, I am Tre D. Roos-Williams. I was being highly recruited by the ISU coaching staff that just left to go to Georgia State. I have already been accepted to ISU for next year. I am a 21st century scholar and my education is paid for at ISU. I have a 3.2 G.P.A. and I scored 1320 on my SAT, with a 910 on my 2 core subjects for football. Please review all of my qualifications and statistics at NCSA/tre d. roos-williams. I will begin my quest to become an all-state track star when the season begins. Once again this 2012-13 season I led my team in tackles. I completed University of Michigan Technique School by request of U of M coaching staff, this summer. I was awarded the most outstanding performance medal at the camp for LINEBACKERS. You can view my (FULL) or (HIGHLIGHTS) game film of my 2012-13 on HUDL.COM. My username is (williamstre53 @yahoo.com); my password is (ert464). Then go to my highlight page and click on view my highlights. There are highlights and full game film of our games on hudl.com. I am 6' 2" and weigh 215 pounds of muscle. I run a 4.50 40 yd. dash, vertical reach is 99 in. My broad jump is 8 feet 2 inches, and my 3-cone drill is 7.00. I am close to completing my senior year of high school. I have played football since 2nd grade. My freshman year I started JV football at linebacker and wide receiver. I made two interceptions and ran them back for touchdowns. My sophomore year I started special teams and I played over 16 quarters at the varsity level and I also started JV. My JV year in a game I ran for 90 yards in a single game, and made a game saving touchdown in more than 4 games. In the same year while also playing varsity, I got 8 sacks and 3 for a fumble recoveries. In my junior year I led my team and conference with over 140 in tackles and I made first team all PAC Conference. Along with these accomplishments I was also nominated for all-state. I am interested in playing at Dl or Dll college football. I can offer a great drive and determination. I work hard on and off the field. I would like to go to an Indiana college so my family can come see me play. I also believe they have great football programs and can give me a great education. I am confident that I want to major in business administration and minor in psychology. To obtain a degree in this career field is my ultimate goal. My goals as an athlete are to win a league and national championship and to be a leader for my team. In my 2012-2013 game against Pike Central last Friday night, I had 4 rushes for 73 yards, 1 touchdown and 20 tackles (8/31/2012)... I am playing outside and middle line backer, wide receiver and running back this season. The game against Jasper High School, I got 14 tackles on defense and 45 yards on offense (9/7/2012). On 9/14/2012 in our game against #2 ranked in class 2A North Posey High, I gained 55 yards and made 10 solo tackles. I have a total of 100 tackles for the 2012-13 seasons. Sincerely, Tre D. Roos-Williams Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
