  • My goal was to add 20-25 pounds of size by the beginning of 2012 football season and to gain strength, speed and agility. This was accomplished and I began the season at 175. I am continuing this workout and nutrition routine throughout the season as time allows and will continue to pursue further gains to try to enhance my football career.

  • • In the early summer 2012 I also began SAQ (speed/agility/quickness) workouts at Boost Gym in Lee’s Summit, MO under the direction of Alphonso Hodge, former KC Chiefs and NY Jets defensive back. This went well and I plan to pick it back up after the 2012 football and wrestling seasons.
