Hello, I am Caden Quintanilla. I am 5"9 and weigh 175lbs. My fastest forty yard dash, to date, is 4.56... with 4.4 just around the corner! My lifting max for bench-press is 235 lbs, squat 405 lbs, and deadlift 345 lbs. I am currently a Senior at Lincoln High School in Sioux Falls, SD. As a Sophomore, I was a Varsity starter at Running Back, named to the first Team All Conference, and finished with over 1500 all purpose yards with 12 touchdows. During my freshman year, I not only started on the sophomore team, but I was also the starting kick returner for the varsity team. My success on the varsity team led me to earn a varsity letter. Earning my varsity letter and starting on the sophomore team as a freshman just shows some of my hardwork paying off. Additionally, I was also named MVP of the Sophomore team. I am a multi-sport athlete earning a Gold medal at the 2010 South Dakota State Track Meet in the 4x100 team, which posted the 7th fasted recorded time in South Dakota history. At all times, both on and off the field, I am a competitor and leader in all aspects of life. I take pride in working hard and am loyal to my family and school.
I can offer, to any team I play for, my leadership and competitive persona. From high school coaches to D1 and NFL coaches, I have been told I am very coachable. I am very dedicated to the sport of football and one of my lifelong goals is to play college football. My goals this football season are to make an impact on my team by taking advantage of every opportunity when the ball is in my hands and to use humility to raise my teammates up and to win a state title.
Though I am open to many different types of schools, I will eventually narrow any options down to the schools who offer expertise with my major, which is in the heathcare system. I want to be a sports medicine doctor.
Thank you for your time. I promise you will not regret your decision to look into me as a person and a football player.
