Carson Faust '17 Recruiting Profile

I am currently a sophomore at Oshkosh West High School. I started on offense at both RB & WR on the Varsity football team this past season. I was one of only two sophomores that made the Varsity team. I am very proud of this accomplishment but I realize that it will take a great deal of hard work in the off season to continue to be successful.  I am a very coachable player and strive to continue learning and improving my skills.

In 2009, 2010, 2011 & 2012 I attended the Offense – Defense Football Camps. At each of the four camp, I was selected as a Youth All-American LB and have had the privilege to play in the Youth All-American Bowl Game which were played in places like Cowboy Stadium and Reliant Stadium.  I have also attended the Football University Invitation only camp during the past three summers.  This past summer I was selected to attend the FBU Top Gun High School Showcase in Dublin, Ohio. I also had the privilege of being selected to be part of the 8th Grade Wisconsin Team that participated in the 2012 FBU National Championship Tournament.

     I realize hard work on the field is only part of the formula for success.  Academics play a very important role in any future success.  This is why I have and will continue to maintain a very high GPA.  My current GPA is 4.0  My goal is to play football at the highest level possible.  I plan to work very hard on and off the field to see that my goal becomes reality.
