Personal Statement

My biggest priorities in life are God, family, and school, but my passion is football. Every single thing I do is devoted to being a better football player, that means in the classroom, on the field, in the offseason, and most importantly my relationship with God. I train in the offseason every day. I have a monthly planned nutrition menu, organized speed/agility/plyometrics program, and the same yearly weight lifting program used for USC football players. No matter how good I get, I will ALWAYS strive to be better. I don't focus on striving to be better than others, I strive to be better than myself, every day. Football is on my mind 24/7. My biggest dream is to play college football. I would prefer to play Division 1 college, but so does every other kid in the country. I am willing to explore all opportunities, and options. My "dream come true" would be to play college football at the Division I level. My favorite schools are Oregon University, Boise State University, and Notre Dame University.I am going to work as hard as I possibly can to become a collegiate level athlete. If I don't make it, it's because I wasn't good enough. I will never look back and say, "I could have tried harder". If I make it to a college level, the journey will just be beginning for me. During college, I will push myself past my own personal limits to be the best I can be. I will strive to be the teams best leader and produce on the field while setting good examples off the field through good moral character and sound judgement. Specifically, I can offer a team the skills of a running back, slot receiver, pr/kr, or free safety. I would prefer playing running back, because that's what I've played my entire life. I feel my natural, God-given talents allow me to excel at this position. Regardless, I would respect the decisions of my coaches and will play wherever the team needs me and I can contribute most. Currently I am training for my Senior year while getting ready for multiple camps and combines this summer. I am currently 5'10" and 184 lbs My goal is to be 195 lbs by the start of my Senior year. At the end of my senior year, I would like to be around 210 lbs, while still keeping up my speed and quickness. To best describe me, I'm a kid that beleives he has a destiny to do great things in this sport. Football is my passion. I love this game, and I enjoy every second of it. I want to play at the highest competition level possible and make a big impact on any team in which I play. I won't stop working until I reach my goals, and when I do, then I will push myself even harder to go further.
