I've grown up with a basketball in my hands. I love the sport and am constantly working on my game in the gym. It has always been a dream of mine to play college basketball on a scholarship, and every day I have that goal in mind when I am working out.
I think that I would be a great fit for any college because of my work ethic and ability to stick to my goals. I not only work hard on the court and in the weight room, but I am a very hard worker in the classroom, and take classes that will challenge me mentally. Sticking to my goals is a great trait I possess, and has played a big role in my basketball career. Every year I set goals for the current season and where I want to be next year, and this keeps me on track while making sure that I am constantly progressing. I also set goals in the classroom, and have maintained those goals all the way up to this point in my life. My goals for college are to earn a scholarship, and to play the sport I love while also attending a place that will fulfill my needs academically. I would love to be a part of a great organization with a common goal in mind.
I never take a day off from any practice, open gym, or workout. I am constantly looking for opportunities to better myself, and remain hungry to succeed. If I ever need help in school, I will stay after with the teacher until I understand, and the same applies to basketball. If I have a bad game or a bad practice, I will stay after until I fix that problem, even if that means hours in the gym. This is the biggest trait that will make me successful on the next level.
