Robert Marsch '12 Recruiting Profile

My name is Robert Marsch and I have been playing goalie since I started playing soccer which was in the 2nd grade. My first year at Ursuline I didn't start varsity goalie or JV but my coaches noticed that I am a quick learner and before half way through the season of my freshman year I started JV goalie and play two or three games as goalie for varsity. When I was a sophomore I became the starting goalie for the varsity team and have kept that position ever since. I am quick to learn and I am open to hear what others tell me to do, although I have had no official goalie training everything I know about a goalie and the position I taught my self by watching others and taking the advice of my coaches. I play indoor during the off season and I remain active in the sport. That's my goalkeeper story in a nut shell. Thanks.
