Maya Bell '13 Recruiting Profile

I am 5"2 110 pounds but i use my size as an advantage. Im very quick on my feet and can control the ball very well. I have recieved many sportsmanship awards mostly because I support my team, and play aggressive while still keeping a cool head. My goals are to attend college and pursue a degree in either Psychology, Law, or Creative writing and journalism. Im an opened minded person not too worried about where I go to school as long as I can get my education and play soccer. My athletic goals are to work hard and improve. My father always told me to be the best you have to beat the best. I'm the type of girl that will work through it all to get there and stay dedicated. My freshman year we didn't do that great we started out with a team of 11 girls which definantly was a minor set back. I would not only like to represent myself and my achievements but also give Layton Christian, and my state another success story. As a kid I always planned on going to college now we're just faced with how am I going to get there and I trully believe I can get there through soccer.
