What the Coaches are Saying...
Apr 23, 2019

“I encourage you to check out our website to get a sense of our school and our track and field program. As a small Liberal Arts University in Northern New York with a very competitive athletic department, we believe that St. Lawrence is an NCAA Division III program that you might want to seriously consider as you finalize your college visits. Our athletic program is one of the most extensive in the country (32 varsity sports) and our athletic facilities are ranked (by the Princeton Review 2011) in the top 25 of all colleges and universities around the country regardless of size. In addition, our Cross County/Track and Field teams are two of the most successful programs at the University and in our region. We are perennial favorites in both our league and state competitions, while consistently qualifying individuals and teams to the National Championships.”

—Coach John Newman
