2021 Highlights Personal Statement
First off, I would like to introduce myself. My name is Miles Thomas and I attend Hillcrest High School in Tuscaloosa, AL. I am a student athlete and maintain a 4.26 GPA.
Baseball has been apart of me since I was little. I believe I am a person of perseverance. After being cut my freshman year, I decided to keep working on my craft and made the team the following year. During the time that I was cut I tried out and made East Coast Sox baseball team out of Columbus, MS. I feel as if I am a team player and put the needs of the team first above mine. I feel like I could be an attribute to your team because of my style of play, willingness to work, and positive attitude.
For my baseball career, I want to play for as long as possible. I would prefer to stay somewhere in the South but if I can find better opportunity elsewhere I will travel. I would want to go to a school that can provide some financial help and can allow me to get a great education.
