My immediate goals revolve around advancing my game to a level that allows me to use baseball as a vehicle to obtain a college degree. I take the term "student athlete" to heart and work in the classroom as relentlessly as I work on the field. I pride myself on my ability to outwork my competition. In the cage, on the field, in the weight room or in the classroom; I approach each day as a challenge and an opportunity to get better.
I respect: the game, my teammates, my coaches, my competitors and most importantly, my family. Their continued support of my efforts over the years means everything to me. I feel the least I can do is to use my passion for the game as a way of making college more affordable. A lot of sacrifices have been made to help me get this far, and anything less than achieving my goal of college baseball is unacceptable.
I hope to find myself at a University that helps me grow as a person as well as a ballplayer. A college degree will open doors and opportunities for me well beyond my years as a player.
If a hard working, talented ballplayer that gets it done in the classroom is who your looking for, I hope to hear from you soon. I am excited to show your school what I am made of and what I bring to the field as a player and a teammate...
