Brennan Hansen '24 Recruiting Profile

Year round baseball was the top selling point that my family used to get me excited to move from Michigan to Arizona in the summer of 2021. Although I gave up playing basketball, I have had the opportunity to play on a few baseball travel teams in the area. Playing baseball made it easier to make new friends and settle in as a student at my new High School. My favorite class so far has been mythology. I worked in the classroom and made all A's and B's.

I had never lifted weights or had a coach that worked with me for batting and pitching. This has been extremely helpful in my development as a player. I enjoy stealing bases and playing the field, but my true passion is competing as a left-handed pitcher. I have gained approximately 10 m.p.h. on my fastball and have a nice curveball. I am still working on perfecting my change-up.

I lead by example and enjoy grinding with my teammates. I bring a work ethic and a coachable attitude that is contagious to the rest of the team. I would like to play in college at a program that has a good business school and work with coaches that are willing to have a personal relationship with me. My best attributes are honesty, loyalty, humble, and hard working. I have enjoyed working with youth baseball camps in the area. It is fun helping younger kids learn the game of baseball.

I would like to find the right college with the highest level of competition.
