Personal Statement

I have loved baseball since I could walk. I work hard and put in the extra work needed to get better in the classroom and the field during off times. I am a good team player and feel that my baseball IQ is one of my strengths. I have been working hard with a trainer and continue to lose weight so I will be ready to play in your program in 2 years.

  • Took 5th in the Prospect Wire Tournament the weekend of September 11th out of 32 teams in 18U with a 17U team. We will be in the Music City Classic on the 22nd of June in Nashville with BNL.
  • 2015 Baseballs Next Level (16U)
  • Bryan Huie who is a scout for the New York Yankees has just started this team up for this summer and next fall. He had a tryout with 112 kids trying out and Dylan made the 16U Team. They will be playing this summer in 4 corners, Perfect Games, Southwest Wood Bat, and USSSA tournaments in Phoenix this summer in the 17U Divisions. Dylan has played for various Club Teams since he was 9 years old. He played 5 years for the Bombers who were ranked number 1 in the State of Arizona USSSA in 2013. He hit 4th in the lineup for a team that was 73 and 13 and played in 11 Championship games in the 5 years he played for them. He also played LL for Thornydale LL who advanced to State when he was 11. He hit 4th in that lineup as well. Dylan played 16U for Baseball's Next Level in the summer of 2015. He hit in the middle of the lineup and was the starting first baseman. The team ended up going 17-3 and winning the summer Southwest Wood Bat Tournament played at Angels Facilities in Tempe.
  • 2015 Dirtybirds (American Legion(Ironwood Ridge HS Club Team)
  • Dylan played 1st base and hit .425 in 13 games of American Legion Baseball. He played against many pitchers that were 18 or 19 years old and threw anywhere from 80 to 90. He hit in the middle of the lineup for what is mostly the IRHS Varsity Team that should compete for a State Championship next season.
  • 2015 TeamMaxBats National Team (Junior)
  • I was invited to play on Team Max Bats National Team out of Texas in July of 2015 for the 2016/2017 Season.
  • 2014 Tucson Bombers (11U to 16U for 5 seasons)
  • Played for the Bombers since he was 11U. Started at 1st Base and hit 4th on a team that was ranked number 1 USSSA in the State of Arizona for a period of time when he was 13. Led the team in BA, RBI, and on base pct. every year that he played for them.
