In college, my personal goal is to develop more as a player, teammate, and person. I want to play professional baseball as my career choice in life and I know you have to be in that elite group in order to make it. I'm looking for a college to better my athletic ability and to give me the best possible chance to pursue my life long dream. I am also a solid student academically, and maintain a solid GPA. As I approach the next half of my high school career, I'm hoping to start determining what career fields would best fit my interests so that I can choose the right college option for me both on and off the field. I think what sets me apart from other recruits is my hunger and drive to get better every single time I play. Whether it's spending long nights in the cage, or something as simple as just talking to my coaches and teammates about the game, I'm always looking to add to my game and to better myself in every way possible. I am a student of the game. In my household, grades come before baseball always. I've been taught that a college will never look at you if your grades are poor, so I focus on keeping mine above a 3.5 GPA. I am now about to complete my Sophomore Year of high school. Unfortunately, our year (both academic & athletic) came to a sudden end with the Covid -19 worldwide health pandemic that is now ongoing. My immediate goal is daily training while baseball has been delayed. I am hopeful that by the summer, I will be able to showcase myself again, and have more video footage to provide which will display both my offensive and defensive skill sets.
