Brian Mendoza '20 Recruiting Profile

    Hi I'm Brian Mendoza, I'm 17 years old at 5'5. I'm a senior at Apple Valley High School. Apple Valley High School is located in Apple Valley, California. I previously played baseball at Etiwanda High and now currently playing Varsity baseball for Apple Valley High, my primary position is 2nd base and Outfield, my secondary positions are Right hand pitcher, Shortstop, and 3rd base. After high school, I want to go to college that is the perfect fit for me in academics and baseball wise. When it comes to the game of baseball, I'm a big competitor and a humble person. Say that we're down by 2 runs, I'll be that one kid one the team that sees the team is down and I'll do everything to bring them up and show them that there is hope to win the game. But say pre season is going to start, everyone is going to fight for their spot in the line up. To me that give that motivation, that spark of fire. That tells me that there's work to be done and you will have times that you'll feel down, that's life right there but the only thing you got to do is not give up. But your reward is a spot on the starting lineup but you have to put in the work and I'm all about puting in the work to get my pay. And my pay is being on the lineup.
