Alex Wagner '20 Recruiting Profile

My goal is to continue my baseball career at a university that is known for its academic prowess.  Their are several qualities that make me a good candidate for your team.  I am extremely tenacious, determined, and focused both on and off the field.  I may not be the biggest kid out on the field,  but nobody will outwork me.  Off the field, I am a disciplined student, and a compassionate, helpful, and generous person.  I will always go out of my way to help a friend and teammate.  Off the field, I will study hard and continue to make my education a priority.  On the field, I will play hard.   I will use my strong bat, plus arm and speed, and my high baseball I.Q. to help my team win baseball games.  Additionally, I aspire to be a leadoff hitter that has gap to gap power and steal bases. This year on the Calabasas Baseball Varsity Roster, I batted .360 and batted 5th in the lineup.  I love to compete each and every day. Baseball is in my blood, and with my determination and work ethic, I know I can be successful on and off the baseball field.
