Jake Malgradi RHP 2024

At De la Salle: everyone is working for the guy next to them and has a common goal to win (NorCal Championships) . We work for the feeling of a dog pile, we've been told that feeling of a dog pile is the best feeling you can have. I have experienced that feeling twice for North Coast Sections and twice for NorCal and the coach is right. It is the best feeling in the world and we work towards that everyday. This mindset of finding a will to win has been installed in me for 4 years, which has enabled me to work hard and to do it for not just me but for the program.
