Zachary Dyer '20 Recruiting Profile

Hi Coaches, my name is Zach Dyer.  I am a Sophmore at Union Mine High School in Placerville, CA. I am first a student,  second a team player,  and third but not last, I have been told, a pretty good middle infielder. This spring was my first year of High School ball although since the age of nine I have been playing year-round on travel teams.  Though I am mainly a middle infielder,  I enjoy playing most positions. At some point in my baseball career I have played at every position on the field.  I am a consistent and solid hitter and I play very strong defensively.  My speed is average however I am consistently working on getting faster by doing a wide variety of drills and strength training.  I take pride in being a team player, easy to coach and an over-achiever.

I am looking to make contacts for my journey through HS but most importantly I am looking for a college that will be a good fit for me.  However I do believe that I can be a fit for a wide variety of programs.  I like to be pushed to succeed and wherever I play you will get my best and no less than a 110% effort.
