Anthony Pompei '26 Recruiting Profile

My name is Anthony Joseph Pompei, and I will be a graduating student from the class of 2026. I strive to achieve high academic goals while setting grand expectations for myself in baseball. I bring to your team my dedication to practice, pursuing my goals, performing well under pressure and promoting a team player mentality. I have learned to maintain a balance in keeping high grades and mastering my craft. I am born and raised in Eastvale CA and I currently attend Glen A Wilson High School. Grades are my priority, taking Honors and AP classes while I participate in year-round sports. I consider myself an experienced baseball player who understands the game and dynamics needed to succeed. My primary position is Right Handed Pitcher and I also play Third Base I  see myself as a dependable contact hitter. In game situations I am very consistent about getting on base and putting the ball in play. I have been commended by my coaches that I am easily coachable and dedicated team player. I attend all practices, meetings, and workouts on time. These traits have helped me succeed in the progress I've made so far. I have played for a travel ball team for the past 2 years and for multiple All-Star teams that went as far as state.
