My goal for the future is to maintain a 3.0 GPA or higher in my academics and using my athletic abilities to earn a scholarship for college.
I am a good candidate for a school's team because I take pride in my sports and my schoolwork. I am a hard worker in the classroom, on the field, and at home.
I am able to stand out and be different from other recruits in my athleticism through my pitching performance and my catching ability in the outfield. My dad has worked with me since I was about 4 or 5 years old and because of that, I am very good at tracking balls hit in the outfield and have a strong arm to get the ball in quickly to keep runners from getting extra bases. I have worked on my pitches, with the help of my travel team's pitching coach as well as my high school pitching staff, since I was 7 years old. I now have four pitches I am able to throw with accuracy. I have one pitch that moves like a curveball, but I do not throw it like a regular curveball. It is safer for my arm the way I was taught to throw it which has helped me to not have had any arm injuries. This is another factor that helps me stand out from other pitchers. The four pitches are the curveball, the changeup, a two-seam fastball, and a four-seam.
