Alex Oman '14 Recruiting Profile

My name is Alex Oman. I am currently attending Western Oregon University as freshman. I plan on walking on to the team as soon as possible. I would love to play college baseball, it has always been a dream of mine to play baseball at the collegiete level. I have been playing baseball my whole life. I have a true passion for the game and enjoy every minute I spend on a baseball diamond. There is nothing I would rather do in college than get a degree and play baseball. I consider myself a very hard worker and hope that all my peers, teachers and family members see that in me. I was my high school teams center fielder, but play can play any outfield position or where ever my team needs me. Throughout high school I have an average of a 3.7 GPA and hope to mantain and improve on my school work. I hope to have a career in law enforcement, although I still plan to keep my options open throughout the next few months. I hope to be an inspiration and role model to anyone and everyone who may look up to me. I want to encourage people to try and achieve their own goals and never give up.
