Nathaniel 'Gabe' Harris '21 Recruiting Profile

Hi there -

My goal is to play collegiate baseball.  I love the game!  I'm speedy, athletic and a LEFTY.  Last summer I spent time visiting schools, getting a better understanding of what's out there.  I went to variety of camps, Stanford, Fullerton, SJSU, LBSU, Sac State, Showball Head Coach camp.   This summer I was going to spend my time going to more camps to be seen by coaches, but with Covid plans were canceled along with my high school season.  I'm hoping you watch my videos and like what you see.   Last summer @ the Stanford All Star Camp, my free standing vertical  jump was 29", 2nd out of 159 players.  At the USA Baseball West Coast Championship Tournament my time to 1st was 3.7 seconds and my 60 yard dash is 6.7 seconds.   'I love to steal bases - so much fun!  My primary position is OF, but happy to play for you in LF or RF too.  I've been told by coaches I'm easy to coach, I listen, I'm usually the fastest player on the field, and very athletic.   I'm a good person and a team player.

I go to Mountain View High School in Mountain View CA (bay area), coach Kris Mims, 408-373-8652.  Last year our team was Central Coast Sectional (CCS) Champs - First time ever in the history of the school!  I was awarded the Player of the Game by MaxPreps.  2019 batting average was .375.

My Club/Travel Team is Kado Baseball, coached by Donny Kadokawa, 650-533-4965 & Tim Quiery, 650-274-8906 and guest played for TB SoCal for Coach Benny & Ryan Thompson in AZ Classic Tournaments. 

I also play on the varsity basketball, starting point guard.
