My name is AJ Gori. I started playing baseball when I was 4 years old and that is when I truly became passionate and interested in the sport. I have always been a hard working athlete and one of my best attributes is the ability to adjust according to the scenario.
When I was 9 years old I received the Whitney Little League Shawn Peart Award, an award for sportsmanship which only one player receives each year. It is such an honor to receive this award and I will always cherish it. Playing baseball has taught me about myself. For instance, it has taught me to never give up, always try my hardest, and especially never doubt myself.
My goal is to attend a university which provides me the opportunity to play baseball and study whatever my career goal is at the time. I am very intersted in law or the other selected majors on my profile.
I have been very fortunate to have amazing coaches throughout my baseball career. As I reflect over the years I am very grateful for each and every coach as they have each taught me different skills which has made me into the unique player I've become.
