My full name is Manuel Joseph Serrano and I've been playing baseball since I was five years old. It is my goal to play college baseball at any collegiate level and that is what all of my hardwork is going towards. I'm 5 foot 9 220 pounds but I have quick feet and consider myself to have average to above average speed. This past summer I made the all-tournament team in the Reno Muckdogs 19 and under tournament, I also had a batting average of 395 which in the top 100 in the Central Coast Section (CCS). My teammates tell me that I am a good teamate and that I am a great guy to be around. My attitude is to play to win and to do everything I can do to help my team and to make my teammates better. I'm open to almost any kind of school especially if they are letting me play baseball. I like big cities and being around people but I can also adapt to a more rural and smaller school. My high school Sacred Heart Cathedral has provided me with plenty of tools that I can apply at whatever school I end up at. I would be in financial need at whatever school I go to because my family would not be able to afford a high tuition and I will apply to any kind of grants and financial aid. My desired majors are among these choices Sports Management, history, Fire Science, and Criminal Justice. Realistically I want to play where ever I fit in whether it be NAIA, division 2 or even division 1, I just want the opportunity to compete at the college level and reach my goal of playing College Baseball.
