Personal Statement
A main goal of mine since I was in the second grade was to play college baseball. While pursuing my baseball career I would love to work towards a business degree. I am a very dedicated, hard working student/athlete who has balanced a life of school and sports for over ten years. When I am not working on improving my baseball skills, I help out in the community through Cornerstone, being a leader on retreats at my school, and working with second harvest food bank. Also, in my free time I like to work on my F-150 truck, go fishing, and play golf. I have always seen myself as a team player because I always look around to see how I can help others improve. I am a pitcher/First baseman/third baseman and was clocked at 83-85 and touched 86 MPH. One of my recent outings I faced 13 batters and struck out 10 of them. I have always wanted to play college baseball, and my dad was born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska so I get to go back every year and watch the College World Series. College baseball is something I have always wished to play at, so I am dedicated to push myself everyday until that day comes.
