Adam Calhoun '27 Recruiting Profile

I strive to work hard throughout high school and get into a college which will fulfill my academic goals but also allow me to play baseball.

I've always grown up putting academics first. School has been my job, and I have always worked hard to excel in it. Thus far I have maintained a 4.0 GPA and am a part of my school's Engineering Pathway which gives me an opportunity to integrate college and AP coursework while completing my high school requirements. 

When it comes to baseball, it's the one thing I would rather do above anything else in my life. I have had success on the field, but that has not come without some past failures. Looking back, I know that those failures have motivated me to work harder and strive to reach my potential. I always want to do my best and know it's important to have a positive attitude. I also really value my teammates and know that we can't find success without each other.
