Santa Barbara City College Freshman

Baseball's been my life ever since I was little. As a kid, I'd constantly dream about playing at the next level, college and beyond. To this day, I still have that same dream. My parents have had the biggest impact on my career, whether it was taking me to games hours away, or always making sure I had the best gear to compete in. They are my biggest fans, on and off the field. Playing this sport all my life has taught me many valuable lessons. I've figured out who I am as a person, as well as a ball player. The biggest thing for me is being a team guy, whether that means filling up the water bottles or being the first one out of the dugout picking up my teammates. Being a supportive teammate is key to being successful on the field. As a player, I can promise I will bring hard work and dedication to any program. I have been told many times before that I have that "bulldog" mentality when on the mound. I possess the attributes of hard work, cooperation, professionalism, and the determination to succeed. I will take pride in being a student athlete, as academics has always been a huge focus of mine. I believe that I have a ton of upside as a player. I know that if I put in the hard work, I can reach my full potential. I'm looking for a school that is strong academically, as well as a competitive baseball program. I'm hoping I can find myself a home .
