Nathan Nelson '20 Recruiting Profile

     My name is Nathan Nelson.  Getting pulled up to the varsity baseball team as a freshman was one of my greatest accomplishments.   My parents have played a huge role in my life for raising me to the person I am now.  My dad has always liked baseball and wanted me to play baseball at a young age. By playing baseball I've learned leadership , commitment , and respect.  Baseball additionally  taught me how to be a young man.  Baseball is like a sanctuary , a place I can go and just forget about everything and that is why I love the game so much.  My academic goals for high school would be to raise and maintain a gpa over 3.5 and for college I would like to do the same.  I have had to overcome some personal and physical obstacles to get to where I am today.  As a varsity baseball player I know what it takes to have leadership!
