My collegiate goals and aspirations are to participate and succeed on a higher level baseball team while still receiving a superior education. Through extensive training and work on my own, my baseball abilities have grown exponentially including speed, fluid fielding, and strength at the plate. Leading my team on the field is not enough. Beginning freshman year in high school, I finally realized that the grades I got now would determine the man I would be in the future. As I started achieving higher grades, I passed my goals, but couldn't stop there. I am determined to be the best I possibly can, so I achieved some of the highest scores I've ever had. I applied this same concept to baseball and, only as a freshman on the varsity team, started leading my team through game plans and running plays that weren't mastered before. For me, it is not good enough to be "good enough". That's why I am determined and will do anything to not just be good, but to be the best and be a leader in every action I take.
