Gabriel Wescott '19 Recruiting Profile

My desire is to play baseball at the collegiate level and earn a degree. I know that hard work, determination and the love of baseball are the top three attributes I need to continue to have and execute. 

In addition, family support, encouragement and motivational talks is important in my life. I am the 4th son out of five boys.  My entire life hasconsisted of 3 older brothers who have given me no room for excuses. They have constantly coached me, pushed me and would never allow me to quit my entire life! Their experiences in high school and college level sports gives me an edge that others don't have. I'm learning from their lessons and successes. 

I am dedicated to daily workouts in the baseball off season. I know to be my best I have to do my best. I also play varsity football for Woodbridge HS and play both defense (corner) and offense (receiver). 

I know that college sports will always come 2nd to my college degree but I know that I can do both.
