• Titus' athletic performance program focuses on increasing mobility, flexibility, agility, speed, strength, and conditioning which will ultimately improve athletic performance and decrease the chance of athletic injury. Skills training is delivered by highly qualified instructors that continually develop players through a variety of drills and skill development activities using some of the most state of the art technologies. Athletic assessment include an athletic performance evaluation which accesses performances in five physical quality areas such as mobility-flexibility, strength, power, speed, agility, and endurance. Baseball skills are accessed using the latest technologies such as video analysis, combined with the HitTrax swing simulation system that captures exit velocity, launch angle, distance, evaluation, and a spray chart among other valuable metrics. All staff are highly qualified performance coaches and baseball instructors who have played and or coached at the collegiate or professional levels.
