I was named to the All-Defensive Team at the 2016 Babe Ruth World Series (awarded a Gold Glove for outfield). My batting average was .500 at the World Series, as shown on Game Changer. I was the starting center fielder and lead off batter for my team in the 2015 and 2016 Babe Ruth World Series. I also have good speed- I was the anchor on the winning base running relay for 2 years in a row at the New England Regionals.
I am a quiet leader and I get along great with my teammates and coaches. I remain calm under pressure and never give up. I work hard at both academics and sports. This past spring I received the Gatorade Award for my team. This award is given to the best teammate and decided by the coaches. I was a 3 sport athlete until my junior year when I decided to attend IMG Academy to focus on baseball. My goal is to play baseball at the most competitive level that will recruit me at a high academic college.
