Quincy Kerr '26 Recruiting Profile

Quincy Kerr is a class of 2026 shortstop who attends IMG Academy.  The IMG coaches feel Quincy is one of the more talented players in their program.  Besides being an outstanding baseball player Quincy also shows strong leadership skills and is a good student.  Quincy aspires to play for a top 25 division one program that competes each season for a trip to Omaha.   At the end of his college career, Quincy wants to join a team that wins the World Series.  In order to achieve these goals Quincy will work on the little things to get better as he understands that talent alone can only get you so far. Quincy understands that what makes a real winner is hitting the cutoff man, taking the extra base, getting the bunt down, and taking a good lead.   It Is doing these little things and having a positive mental approach that Quincy performs well.  Ultimately, these traits separate him from other talented players he competes against.
