Abrey Biscardi '24 Recruiting Profile

I work hard in school and on the field.  I started playing baseball at age 9- kid pitch and I have not stopped playing since then.  I've been on two travel teams and I played recreational baseball, including all stars as the starting pitcher, consistently up until Covid 19. I did not have a chance to play on the high school team during covid as I continued school virtually. I made the JV team my sophomore year and I was a starting pitcher.  I also played right field and bat.  During the summer months I trained at Grindhouse Baseball Gym and worked on my mechanics and velocity.  I played high school fall ball and pitched during the season.  My best showing I threw under 20 pitches in three innings.  I made the Spring varsity team in 22-23 and 24-25.  While I didn’t have much opportunity to pitch, I know that my strength and mechanics improved from the prior year. My batting and fielding was quite strong. My coach said that I had two of the best hits all year - one being a game walk off double and the other being a home run. I have an ability to remain calm in high stress situations and believe that I would be a great addition to any D1 college Baseball team.
