My name is Kyle Cole and I am known by my coaches and teammates as "The Wall." This nickname comes from my ability to block balls and keeping from that runner coming in. Ive been playing baseball from T-Ball to starting Varsity and my dedication, focus, and intensity levels of the game becomes stronger every season.
My influences come from a long line of incredible people. My family at the top of that list; mother who is a teacher, father is a firefighter/paramedic, older brother who serves in the U.S. Air Force, an my sister who is currently going through the firefighter process. During middle school I joined the Civil Air Patrol (CAP), which is an explorer program through the U.S. Air Force. With all these powerful influences I learned at a young age to respect family, leaders, coaches, and teammates. Baseball is about giving 150% of yourself during practices and games. Also a fact that I always do for my educational goals and future endeavors.
My goals are to get a strong education, play baseball in college, and being a mentor for those who aspire the same. As I have always believed that back-up plans are a necessity, I have those from A-Z, but College is my priority.
I am a hard working, dedicated ball player on and off the field. My skills provide be with the confidence to play at my best as a catcher, but also as a pitcher, and out fielder. I guess I can be considered a utility player. Give me an opportunity and I will make it work.
