Angel Gutierrez '19 Recruiting Profile

In everyday life I've always been around business. I run my own "business" of buying and reselling clothing, shoes, and accessories and that is what I no doubt want to aspire in my life if baseball does not become my profession. On the athletic side of things I aspire to become a strong player that everybody may look up to and that plays for the logo on the chest, not for myself. I believe what differs me and others is my work ethic on and off the field, I always keep a high GPA and constantly remind myself I am a student-athlete and that school comes first always. On the field I work hard and always listen to my coaches,  I will always strive to get better and not give up just because the person in front of me is better, if anything I use it as motivation.  My parents have raised me well and taught me the rights and wrongs of life and I myself have never been in any legal problems, drug related or alcohol related problems, and never have gotten a detention in school.
