Zackery Litscher '21 Recruiting Profile

I first starting playing baseball at 4yrs old when my dad first signed me up. During my time playing rec ball I got my first taste of true competitive baseball when I got a chance to play in the local Little League World Series that was held in Mulberry ,Fl in 2008. That was the event in my life that got me hooked on the greatest game on earth... (too me!!)

I started pitching that following year and moved into travel ball not long after. The challenge for me has always been my size. I have always been overlooked or told that I couldn't do something when it came to pitching. But, as soon as I got my chance I always proved them wrong. My parents have always instilled in me that if I work hard and never give up on my dreams of  playing baseball the sky is the limit and to never let someone tell me different.

Wherever I go to college, I plan on bringing that concept to the classroom and to the field. This game has taught me so much about myself and brought me friendships that will last a lifetime.  All the hard work that I have done and will do will be is SO WORTH IT!!!
