Living with my grandpa in his last year of life is my biggest accomplishment in life. Knowing that I made his day a little better by watching an MLB game with him or talking to him about baseball is my biggest satisfaction. That year thought me that even the little things can make the biggest difference. As a person I live by a code: God, Family. Baseball. The sport of baseball is the most beautiful thing on earth. I'm a shy person but every time I take the field or practice I'm a whole different person this sport is my peaceful place. I wear number 9 on my jersey for two people my dad and my grandpa. When they use to play they wore number 9, but I really wear number 9 because when I grow up I want to be able to be at least half the men they are. They help me shaped the person I am today, they are my best friends, my inspiration in life.
When i went to school in Puerto Rico There was no baseball team and because I love sports I played volleyball, basketball, ping pong and bowling, and I played baseball outside of school. Every sport I've played has thought me that hard work, sacrifice and dedication make you a better player. I'm looking for a program that will be a good fit academically and athletically. I have not only the talent but the passion to compete in the next level, and further my education. I want to be able to make a difference on your program.
