Jordan Baker '14 Recruiting Profile

My name is Jordan Baker and I am a pitcher on the varsity baseball team at Sebring High School in Sebring, FL.  I am 6'3" and weigh 210 pounds.  I am a Senior at SHS, and currently have a 5.18GPA. 

I work as hard as I can on the field, and also off.  On the field, I lead my team by example in the things I say and do.  I do what I can to pick up my teammates and to always have a positive attitude, even when things aren't going in our favor.  Pitching is what I love to do; and to me, losing is not an option.  Off the field, I work out, whenever possible, to get better, faster, and stronger.  In the classroom, I strive to continue to have all A's in all of my classes.

I would like to attend a larger school with a good "college town" atmosphere.  I want to be able to be successful on both the field and in the classroom.  I want to go to a school where I could start pitching as a freshman, and make an impact on the team.  I plan to major in sports management or somewhere in the medical field.
