Nick Barber '19 Recruiting Profile

Class of 2019, Nick Barber, LHP, 6'-2", 220 lbs., 3.30 GPA.

Looking to further my education and hope to continue playing baseball in college.  I started as a BHS Varsity player during my Sophomore year where I led our region (1-5A) in strikeouts.  As a sophomore, I received the honor of making 2nd Team All Region for pitching.  In the  summer of 2017 I played for Team Elite South 16U & 17U teams.  I also played the PG Sophomore Classic in Fort Meyers, FL for team Southeast, coached by Cory Hall from Coastal Alabama CC and was named to Top Prospect Team and All Tournament Team.  As a Junior (2018), I again led the region in strikeouts (98) and had a 1.16 ERA through 66.2 innings and faced 265 batters.   I was also awarded Region 1 AAAAA Pitcher of the Year.  YouTube Link:
