Growing up and playing baseball in Hawaii has provided me with many opportunities to grow and learn as a player and an individual. Playing alongside people of so many different backgrounds and disciplines I have learned the importance of inclusivity and comradery. I developed my passion for baseball at the age of 4 from which I’ve learned to be a strong and open-minded, driven, and hardworking individual. I am confident that the skills and lessons I have learned through baseball translate into my academic career as I hope to pursue higher education at a 4-year collegiate institution, where I plan to study and continue to pursue my passion for playing baseball.
