Brady Yamatsuka '28 Recruiting Profile

I have played baseball my whole life and have developed a passion for the game. Ever since I started playing baseball, I aspired to compete not only in high school, but also at the collegiate level.

I am a versatile player who plays middle and corner infield positions. I lead by example and demonstrate respect for my coaches, teammates, and the game. I am a team-first player who is coachable and always open to advice and trying new things to get better.

I am dedicated year-round to improving my baseball skills and my work ethnic and passion drive me to get better every day. I train and play with my travel ball and school teams, and get to the gym and cage as often as I can. I enjoy studying the game and I umpire in local youth leagues in my free time.

I’m a 4.0 student who works and studies hard. I am currently on my high school Junior Varsity team, I am active in my school’s DECA club, and I am involved with community service through Interact Club and the Hawaii Food Bank.

I want to attend a strong academic college with a reputable athletics program where I can continue to grow and contribute both in the classroom and on the diamond. I am currently open to all options until I decide on my major and find a college that provides the best fit.
