My name is Joshua Aribal, I'm a 5'10 Middle Infielder, Outfielder and Pitcher. I'm dedicated to the only sport I love called baseball. My most important accomplishments were being nominated for team captain on my high school team. I have been on the varsity baseball team at my high school since my freshman year.
Knowing that I'm capable of playing baseball in college makes me love and enjoy this sport even more. The most important thing that I can offer to a team is the promise to always work hard and encourage my teammates to do the same. I am the first to go to the field and the last to leave to get extra reps and make sure everything is put away and the field is being taken care of.
When it comes to choosing what school I would like to go to, my options are very big. I am mostly looking at west coast states. I am open minded about colleges and hope to just find a college that makes me feel like I am apart of a family and will better my passion for the game. If I can receive a good education and play baseball, I will be happy and excited. My top two choices for a major as of right now is either Business or Visual Arts. However, my major may change over the course of the rest of my high school career.
My realistic athletic goals are to continue playing the sport I love at a high competitive level. Another goal of mine is to make an impact on the team and to be an example to those after me. Knowing at the end of the day that I've tried my hardest and made a difference in my life and to the game, will keep me happy.
