Gavin Dow '25 Recruiting Profile

My name is Gavin Dow, I am a Catcher and part of the Graduating class of 2025. I Play JV for Mountain View High School in Meridian, ID and I turn 17 at the End of July. May 4th, we won our Conference Championship. My stats are updated as of May 4th as well for end of season. I am interested, if you will have me, to come to a camp and/or 1 on 1 to show you what I’m capable of. I currently am sitting at #72 nationally for BA and #6 in Idaho for BA and OBP with a 92 batting Velo and 2 second pop time that I work on daily to improve. My contact % hitting is 86.27 and my BA/RISP is .633, I try and not let pressure get to me. My GPA is currently 3.0. I have grown over the past few years mentally and physically and I hit the gym 5 days a week to keep in shape. I have been playing baseball since I was 4. I played hockey until I was 13. I’ve played catcher mostly and only that spot recently. I have played 1st and some 3rd over the years. I have attended camps and personal invitations from Colleges. I play baseball from February until September and winter workouts start at the end of October. I have an older sister that is graduating college this month(May) and a younger sister.
