Personal Statement
Ever since fourth grade when my family and I went to a Los Angeles Dodgers game I knew that I was interested in the sport of baseball and wanted to play it. My family has often told me that they support me no matter what I do with my life, that has allowed me the freedom and responsibility to make my own choices. Which also includes learning from a bad decision that was made. In my baseball career with all of the highs and lows, I have learned that no matter what happens you have to learn how to adjust and adapt to overcome the challenge. I also have learned that if something bad happens, you need to be able to pick yourself up and have another go at the opportunity to grow.
I am hoping to graduate with a 3.6 GPA and I am willing to do whatever is necessary to acheive that goal. I feel that I am great at multi-tasking and I feel that in the sport of baseball I can play anywhere that is needed of me. I also take criticism very well and apply it to better myself for whatever may need to be done.
