Cole Huff '25 Recruiting Profile

I am a Senior at Minico High School in Rupert, ID. As a freshman and sophomore, I was the starting centerfielder on my Junior Varsity team while advancing to the Varsity Team during my sophomore spring season.  I have since been starting centerfielder on my Varsity HS team as well as my American Legion team.  I would like to continue my baseball career at the next level.  I was also the starting Wide Receiver for my HS football team and placed 3rd in Idaho HS 5A football State.

During the 2024 summer American Legion A season, I was starting centerfielder and played 31 games during that season. I had 81 AB/.210 batting average/.333 OBS/ .580 OPS/17 hits/12 RBI/20 runs/6 SB/3 HBP. With this record, I helped my team win the Idaho State American Legion A tournament.  Our season record was 29-8.

During the 2023 summer American Legion A season, I was lead-off hitter as well as starting centerfielder and played all 36 games during that season. I had 116 AB/.362 batting average/.503 OBS/ .891 OPS/42 hits/18 RBI/39 runs/10 SB/21 HBP. With this record, I helped my team advance to the Idaho State American Legion tournament where we placed 3rd. Our season record was 29-8.

During the 2022 summer American Legion B season, I lead my team with a .554 batting average, 39 runs, and 19 SB. This helped us win the American Legion Region C championship. Our season record was 23-3.  

I am undecided academically on a major in college, but plan to play baseball during my college career.
