Jacob Gray '18 Recruiting Profile

I fell in love with the game of baseball at a very early age.  My goals are to play collegiate baseball at the highest possible level and through hard work and dedication, the opportunity to play in the majors.  If I don't make it to the majors, then I will have a solid educational background that will lead me into the workforce.  I enjoy playing the game, watching the game, and am a student of the game.  I am a team leader who is always working to make myself and my teammates better.  I am a very hard working person, who became overwhelmed during my first semester of my freshman year and have made significant changes to change my study habits and effort in the classroom.  I understand the importance of my education and will continue to work as hard in the classroom as on the baseball field.  I am a very respectable teen that respects his elders and value my family relationships.  I think that I would be a tremendous student athlete to any university and look forward to exploring many opportunities.
