Luis Herrera '19 Recruiting Profile

I am a senior at Morton West High School in Berwyn, IL looking to take my academic and athletic ability’s as far as possible. I started playing baseball at the age of 4 years old and have been playing ever since. I would love to attend a college where I can excel and prosper as an academic and athletic student. I am regarded by teachers and coaches as being a consistent hardworking person and plan on not changing any of that in college. I believe I differ from a lot of recruits because of the versatility I bring to a team. Aside from being primarily an outfielder I can play multiple positions in the infield including pitching. It’s not something that is new to me and I am open to filling that need if a coach see’s it fit.
