I have been fortunate to be successful on the field but, equally important, I've been able to translate these leadership skills into other areas of my life such as school, volunteering, and work.  

As it is a goal to contribute to every team I've played on, I've been fortunate to fulfill this goal by starting at all levels within our program. With this priveledge, I have learned there is much responsibility that occurs both on the field and as a teammate.  At the same time I have been dedicated to my studies achieving a 4.2 GPA.  I have also maintained employment at the Crystal Lake Public Library, working 10 hours a week and am an active member of St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church.

During 2017 I plan to continue my participation in the Spanish National Honor Society and Legacy/Varsity Club.  These activities will help me to further develop my skills of leadership, high achievement, and time management.

It is a goal to continue my baseball career at the collegiate level.  It is my hope that it would allow me to continue to develop and enhance the skills I have worked hard to gain, both on and off the field.
