Kyle Polaski '14 Recruiting Profile

     Hello, my name is Kyle Polaski.  I am currently at 6'0 (still growing) 170 Lb 16 year old, born on August 5, 1996.  I am a RHP. . I throw a fast ball, change up, curve, and sliders. On 7-20 I was scouted and selected for a USSSA National Team after producing 14 strikeouts with zero walks in 7 innings. On 12-26 i attended the national Tournament in Orlando. My evaluation by my national team college pitching Coach states " Best arm Ive seen all weekend. Smooth, clean delivery of ball, jumps out of hand.  I project him as a quality College pitcher.  Very impressed!!!!"   At end of 2012 i have pitched 115 innings, 129 Ks , 22 BB, with a 1.29 ERA. I . I was a starting pitcher and 3rd baseman Freshman year, and am a starting pitcher Sophomore year and am currently a starting pitcher on JCA's Varsity Summer Ball Tournament team.   Recently our Varsity team made it into the State Championships and I was called in for relief, pitching 4 solid innings, allowing only 1 hit and 1 earned run against the highly ranked LT Highschool. I am utilized as both a starter and a closer. I basically was born with a baseball in my hand, walking around  as a small toddler with a baseball  always in hand, or in the air playing catch.  I have played organized baseball since the age of 4 years old, and began travel ball at the age of 8.  I have played on several elite travel baseball teams, and have been in many big name tournaments throughout the years including USSSA and CABA World Series, Disney  Elite World Series, Michigan Elite tournaments and Cincy Tournaments.  I have been named as a USSSA All Tournament Team Player, and been selected by USSSA as the best in USSSA baseball, as evidenced in the the written editions of "The Best in USSSA Baseball"  I have also been named number one pitcher with most strike outs in the Caba World Series. I  am a team player and have always been a team leader, always helping to keep my team mates spirits up in games.    I train hard, year round.  My training includes speed and agility, weekly pitching,  weight training, hitting, and long toss programs. I have always been a team leader and always try to keep my team mates heads in the game.   I consistenly pitch full 7 inning games in high school, as well as Summer and Fall Travel ball. My Freshman and Sophomore high school team was conference champions in the East Suburban Catholic League in 2011 and 2012.   . I am open-minded about all colleges and their location. I am looking forward to the opportunity in college to excell in academics along with athletics.  My goal iy high school graduation to be topping out at 90 mh, while continuing to command all pitches.
